We can offer Farms, Smallholdings, Stables, etc a contract that would cover Rats and Mice. Prior to the setting up of any contract, a thorough inspection will be made of the premises, and the occupier will receive a free and without obligation written report of our findings, including advice on proofing and steps that can be implemented to reduce the risk of infestations. Risk assesssments will also be carried out which the client will have access to upon request. If the client then wishes to proceed with a contract, he will then receive an agreement form detailing how many inspection visits per year, plus any treatment found necessary at those times he can expect to receive. It will also detail the total cost for the year, along with the name and contact numbers of the technician.
To conform to the needs of any farm assurance schemes and to keep the customer informed, a treatment record book would be left on site and any treatments, observations or recomendations would be recorded in the book by our technician at the time of his visit. The Customer would also be informed verbally of any proofing or house keeping advice that would make things more difficult for pests.
A further feature of the contract would enable the customer to call us out at no extra cost should an infestation that is covered by the contract be discovered between visits. We can normally respond to call outs for contract customers within 24 hours
Other pests that are not mentioned on the contract such as Moles, Rabbits and Pigeons, could be treated and charged as extras, but we have varying discounts for our contract customers
We can also supply and erect Rabbit Proof Fencing and Pigeon Proofing
